-By submitting this form you agree to the following:
- You agree that you and anyone else on your cam who appear nude or engage in sexual activities are over 18 years of age and of sound mind and body. (*If you and your friends are under the age of 18, do NOT get naked or screw!)
- You have the legal authority to web-cast the images you provide to camphreaks.com.
- You understand that camphreaks.com may check your cam as frequently as every 30 seconds, depending on how much you update the image. camphreaks.com will only download your image if it is updated.
- With respect to all the images collected by the camphreaks.com archiving server, you grant camphreaks.com and its sub domains (*.camphreaks.com) a limited non-exclusive license to use these images in any way camphreaks.com, deem necessary for the purpose of promoting camphreaks.com. You relinquish any right to derivative works subsequently created by camphreaks.com for use in promoting camphreaks.com.
- You agree to indemnify camphreaks.com from all actions by third parties that arise as a result of camphreaks.com's use of the images you provide.
- You agree that all disputes that are unsolvable between you and camphreaks.com, will be settled via arbitration by the AAA at any of it's offices located within 60 miles of Albany, NY.
- Any term in this agreement found to be unenforceable or void will not affect enforceability of the other terms of this agreement.
- You may relinquish your permission for camphreaks.comto archive your web cam by providing 20 day notice to legal_dept@camphreaks.com. camPhreaks retains the right to display archived images and subsequent derivative works for the purpose of promoting camPhreaks.
ALL PRIOR AGREEMENTS ARE INCORPORATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. IT IS INTENDED TO BE THE FINAL EXPRESSION OF THE PARTIES' AGREEMENT;
IT MAY
NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF ANY PRIOR AGREEMENT OR CONTEMPORANEOUS ORAL AGREEMENT. THE PARTIES FURTHER INTEND THAT THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE COMPLETE AND
EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT'S TERMS. NO EXTRINSIC EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER MAY BE INTRODUCED IN ANY JUDICIAL PROCEEDING,
IF ANY, INVOLVING THIS AGREEMENT. -

agreement.
