let's see...how did all this begin? camPhreaks started out as a side project for my site completeObscurity. i was interested in learning PHP and at the same time i was making friends through completeObscurity. some of these friends had webcams and so i decided to try and make some kind of site where we could all join up see our cams and chat. well that snowballed as applications started coming in out of no where and the site just sort of took off. now many many years and a new domain later you have camPhreaks. a site i started as a goof, kept going through several server changes and bandwidth issues, and kept free because well...i said i would.
